OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE - Pakistan Army, Customs, PIA and National Bank of Pakistan won their matches in the NBP Gold Cup Hockey at Faisalabad Hockey Stadium, said the information made available here on Thursday. Army outplayed Sindh 5-1 before leading 3-0 at interval. Soldiers maintained high paced attacking in both halves of the play and continued to hunt goals through lively moves. For Army, Abdul Jabbar and Qasim Ikram scored two goals each and M Safeer one goal. For Sindh, Shujaat was the only scorer who hit one goal. Customs routed Balochistan 6-1 finishing the first half with strong 5-0 lead. NBP beat Wapda 5-3 before being 2-0 at half time.
