Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan on Friday said that the government was constitutionally bound to impalement the decisions of the apex court. Talking to journalists outside the Supreme Court following the rejection of governments review petition in NRO case, Aitzaz Ahsan said that under Article 248 of the constitution, the president had immunity from court proceedings. To a question, he said that though the government implemented all he decisions of the apex court, it delayed the execution of the verdicts to some extend.
