The govt has demanded extradition of Balochistan Liberation Army head Barah-amdagh Bugti who is hiding in Afghanistan now a days. Talking to a private TV channel on Monday, Federal Minister for Interior Rehman Malik said, 'We have asked in writing to the Afghan govt to hand over Brahamdagh Bugti, and Kabul has assured to reply in positive. He further said that Afghan President Hamid Karzai had confessed that training camps operative there were being used against Pakistani soil. 'Afghan President has issued immediate directives to shut down such camps, he added. To a query, he said it had been made clear to Indian govt that Hafiz Saeed could not be arrested on the basis of mere statements. 'If New Delhi wanted some credible action, they need to provide substantiated evidence, he added. To another query about arresting TNSM leader Sufi Muhammad, he said that Sufi had been arrested and would remain in custody. He said that it was confirmed that Fazlullah had been injured and had gone into hiding along with his accomplices in Peochar. The Minister said Maulvi Fazlullah and some of his accomplices could not escape from the area and that the security forces would be able to arrest them in a few days. He said the operation against militants was reaching its conclusion with success. The people returning to their areas are being provided complete security, Rehman Malik said, adding, all the IDPs would be reaching their homes in two to three weeks time. 'Now there was no danger of the terrorists regrouping, he said.
