ISLAMABAD Frontier College Peshawar stunned Sindh 1-0 in the 6th National Womens Football Championship here at Jinnah Stadium, Pakistan Sports Complex, on Tuesday. Under captaincy of Rabia Zaman, Frontier College, playing their first ever National Championship match, halted all the attacks of Sindh and scored the solitary goal in the 44th minute through midfielder Salma. Sindh team under Quratul Ain, sister of famous sprinter and South Asian Games gold medallist, Naseem Hameed, missed real opportunities and had to blame themselves for the defeat.
