PESHAWAR Reaffirming his stance to fight terror at all costs, Provincial Information Minister Mian Iftikhar Hussain has vowed to keep up the anti-terror war till his last breath. I am proud that my son has sacrificed his life for the cause of the nation and I am also ready to render ten times greater a sacrifice for this cause, Iftikhar remarked while addressing a press conference at his residence in Pabbi on Tuesday. Senior Minister Bashir Ahmad Bilour, Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmad Bilour and others also flanked him on the occasion. Had I made my comments on the same day, people would have taken it as a revenge of my sons death. But this is not the case. I am fighting for a much greater cause. There are scores of people who have laid their lives in the war against terror. My son is also one of them. Everyone has gathered to condole the death of my son, said Iftikhar. This is my belief that the day of death has been fixed and we should not be deterred in our efforts against the enemy. We are the brave soldiers of the non-violent philosopher Bacha Khan despite the fact that our enemy has followed the way of barbarism and inhumanity, Iftikhar added. He further said that this is not the war of his family but this is the war of the humanity and we should have to fight with unity.
