ISLAMABAD - Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-I-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has expressed his extreme concerns over the growing problem of target killing in Karachi. In a press statement issued here on Tuesday, he termed it as a collective failure of the three mainstream political parties PPP, ANP and MQM who have been in the sa-ddle in Sindh for the last two-and-a-half years. A government that cannot enforce its writ has simply no reason to be in power, he added. Furthermore, Imran Khan criticised the ruling government in Sindh province for politicising the provincial police and civil administration by posting its blue-eyed officials on key positions instead of following the merit. The PTI Chairman further said that the law and order situation in Balochistan too has gone from bad to worse following the induction into office of the so-called democratic government and the control of the government there is simply non-existent. He advised the President to devote his time in order to solve the Sindh and Balochistans imbroglio instead of going to Dubai for celebrating his birthday.
