LAHORE - A full bench of Lahore High Court on Friday asked lawyers of both sides to come up with final arguments on the petitions challenging constitution of judicial review committee on the report of Model Town inquiry tribunal and seeking directions to make the inquiry report public.

The three-member bench headed by Justice Khalid Mahmood Khan heard the case.

Justice Khan observed that after the retirement of Justice Abdul Sattar Asghar, Justice Abdul Sami Khan became the new member of the bench, so the proceedings of the case were being adjourned.

A number of petitioners had challenged the constitution of three-member judicial review committee over the inquiry report prepared by Model Town Inquiry Tribunal. The petitioner had also prayed the court to order the Punjab government to make the inquiry report public.

The court will resume hearing on March 31.
