LAHORE – Lahore Tigers defeated Eagles by eight runs to lift the Premier Twenty20 Women Cricket Championship trophy here at the KC ground on Thursday.

Batting first, Tigers scored 101 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Sania Khan made 32 and Sidra Ameen 25. Nida Dar took nine wickets for 3 runs and Nimra got one. In reply, Eagles could manage 93 runs for the loss of seven wickets in 20 overs. Komal made 44 and Hina 14. Sania Khan was named player of the final match. MPA Khawaja Imran Nazir was chief guest at the colorful concluding ceremony and distributed prizes among the top performers.
