PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif has called upon the voters of PP-107 constituency to cast their votes in favour of the PML-N nominee, saying that it has the vision to change the destiny of the people.

Addressing a public meeting in Pindi Bhattian, 45km from here (twice during the week), he lashed out at Imran Khan and his supporters for using abusive and filthy language during public gathering. He said Almighty Allah has given respect and mandate to the PML-N which cannot be snatched by anyone. He declared that the dream of Imran Khan to become prime minister would not come true. He asked Imran Khan to wait for the next general election.

Hamza said that Imran Khan was ridiculing the introduction of Metro Bus Project Lahore. He added that Shahbaz Sharif had completed the project within one year. He said that the  PTI government in KPK had not metalled even one kilometre road in one year. He said that Imran Khan was unnecessarily making hullabaloo of rigging after the lapse of one year and that he should wait for further four years. He said that he had failed to understand that Imran Khan who remained sportsman throughout his life before entering politics lacked sportsman spirit and exhausted his stamina.

He said that Nawaz Sharif was intending to lay Motorway from Kashger to Gawadar and Karachi to Lahore. Moreover, PML-N was providing interest-free loans to the national youth to enable them to stand on their feet. He said that PML-N government was taking several steps to make the country strong and prosperous. He said that first turbine generating 95 MW had been commissioned in record time of seven months and Nandipur project could be completed and would start 425MW by December 2014.

He said that foreign investments had started pouring in the country which would usher in an era of development and progress of the country. Moreover, several steps were being taken by the government to eliminate hunger, poverty, unemployment and disease, he noted. He asked MNA Sheikh Rasheed to honour his promise to resign from the seat as thePakistani currency had been stablised against US dollar.

Prominent among those who addressed the gathering included PML-N District President Afzal Hussain Tarar, Shahid Hussain Bhatti, PML-N nominee Sarfraz Bhatti and Syed Shoaib Shah Nawaz. According to PTI sources, 50 percent participants at the public meeting were officials of Hafizabad and Pindi Bhattian Tehsil who were forced to attend the public meeting.
