It has been learnt that ACE Deputy Director Shaukat Ali has set up a separate office for himself on District Council premises despite the fact that the ACE Circle has its office in the building of Old Municipal Office. Apparently the DCO took stock of the fact and ordered sealing off the office besides asking the ACE official to shift the office to ACE circle office. Due to the sudden closure of the ACE deputy director office, litigants baffled as their record was laying into the aforesaid office which caused immense problems for them. According to sources in the district administration, this office was set up separately on District Council premises despite the fact that the ACE Circle has its office. Thats why the DCO asked them to work in their own ACE circle office. However, the ACE officials remained unmoved.
