The Supreme Court of Pakistan will take up a petition filed by former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif on memogate issue on December 1. A nine-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will conduct the hearing. Nawaz in his petition had made President Asif Ali Zardari, Army Chief General Kayani, ISI Chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha and former Pakistan ambassador to the United States respondents.
