PESHAWAR (AFP) Al-Qaedas operational chief for Afghanistan and Pakistan has been killed in a US drone strike in North Waziristan, security officials said Tuesday. Sheikh Fateh had reportedly been given the job in May after Al-Qaedas purported number three and Osama bin Ladens one-time treasurer Mustafa Abu al-Yazid was killed.
