KARACHI - A division bench of Singh High Court, comprised of Justice Bin Yamin and Justice Malik Mohammad Aqil, directed the education ministries of federal as well as all four provinces to submit the details about the education programs in the country in the next hearing to be held in the later. The bench conducted the hearing over the petition moved by Islam Hussain regarding introducing for equal education system across the country. The plaintiff submitted that due to different educational policies in provinces, citizens were falling victim to segments, leading to decay and destruction of the nation. The court asked the federal education ministry, provincial educational ministers and others to submit their details in this connection in the next hearing. Sindh govt served notice over nazim's suspension Meanwhile, another SHC bench issued notice to the government of Sindh against the suspension of Talika Nazim Larkhana till 5 May. Talika Nazim, Qurban Ali Abbasi, submitted that he had been reinstated on the directions of the court, but his department suspended him after three days of resuming his office. He maintained that he was also being victimised by the rival party. Khalid Javid Advocate, counseling the plaintiff, told the court that some provincial ministers did not want him to take office again. He also alleged that the ministers had been hatching conspiracies against him. Talka Nazim, Qurban Ali, filed petition against his suspension and submitted that the provincial government had violated the departmental rules and regulations. The petitioner made respondent to Chief Minister Sindh, Secretary Local Bodies, DG Anti Corruption and other concerned authorities. The bench issued notice to AGS, asking about the legal authority of the CM in the constitution to suspend talka nazim from his slot.
