KHANEWAL - All Pakistan Anjuman Tajran Khawaja Chairman Muhammad Shafique said that businessmen were facing high input costs and acute energy crisis besides other problems.

He criticised the policies of the federal government and the Federal Board of Revenue, while addressing an oath taking ceremony of Markazi Anjuman Tajran office-bearers in the Yousaf Park.

Anjuman president Muhammad Inamullah Qureshi said that traders had put a great responsibility on the shoulders of the newly-elected body. “Now we will fight for the rights of the traders,” he said and hoped that Khawaja Shafique would put in his best efforts to get their problems solved.

Addressing the ceremony, Abdul Manan, the president of APAT, Muhammad Naeem Mir, the general secretary, and Mumtaz Babar, the additional general secretary of South Punjab, urged the traders of the country to unite and get demands fulfilled.
