Islamabad - Islamabad police have arrested 18 outlaws from various areas of the city and recovered 1.330 kilogram hashish and looted items from their possession, a police spokesman said here on Friday.

According to details, Sabzi Mandi Police arrested drug pusher namely Kabeer and recovered 1.330 kilogram hashish from him. Police team also recovered looted items from the possession of accused namely Zeshan, Fahad and Kabeer. Kohsar police team arrested a lady namely Kiran involved in a theft case. Nilore police have arrested two accused Mahz and Tamoor involved in illegal cylinder gas filling. Shahzad Town police have arrested accused Shahid Ali involved in a theft case. Lohi Bher police have arrested accused Nadeem involved in theft case. The police team also arrested two accused Shahid and Shakar. Cases have been registered against these nabbed persons and further investigation is underway.  Furthermore, police teams have arrested seven professional alms-seekers from various areas of the city.   Separately, Islamabad police have arrested 51 suspects during search operation in various areas of the city. Police teams conducted search in the areas of Chaper Chirah, Klinger, Gandhian, Sinari, Sarai Kharbuza, Sector G-12, Sector G-13 and Sector G-14.

They succeeded to nab 51 suspects who are being investigated further.
