RAWALPINDI - Residents in Raja Sultan have protested against non-carpeting of streets and lack of sanitation arrangement. Everywhere in the street puddles are existing, which remain choked with filth to the brim and continue to overflow turning the entire street into filth depot. No sanitary worker has been appointed for cleanliness and garbage heaps can be seen in every nook and corner of the street, said a resident.
